Guinean-born Mamady Kourouma, nicknamed 'Wadaba' –the Great Panther–
for his powerful sound on the djembe, is known as a premier apprentice
to the legendary Famoudou Konate. In his third Boston-area appearance,
he will teach traditional Malinke rhythms, djembe & doundoun parts,
arrangements and solos, and inspire you as only a Master can!
Workshop Schedule:
Each workshop is a stand-alone class. You may sign up for one, two or
ALL workshops offered. (The Complete Experience is recommended)
Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced drummers welcome.
