Hi Community.

Wula Drum is pleased to welcome master drummer Bolokada Conde for his premiere appearance in NYC. Bolokada is one of the foremost top djembe masters in the USA today! Representing the Sakaran region of Guinea, he is steeped in the rich traditions of Malinke music. As the principal soloist for Percussion de Guinea, Bolokada has travelled the world teaching and performing. He has also recorded several solo CDs showcasing his unique musicianship. Don't miss this exciting event!

Workshop Schedule

* Friday, September 30th
- Absolute Advanced Djembe: 6:30 - 8:30pm ($30)
* Saturday, October 1st
- Absolute Beginner Djembe: 11:00am - 12:00pm ($15)
- Beginner/Intermediate Djembe: 1:00 - 3:00pm ($30)
- Intermediate/Advanced Djembe: 3:00 - 5:00pm ($30)
* Sunday, October 2nd
-Open Level: 12:00 - 4:00pm ($60) - Learn djembe, dundun, solos, and history.
