Some old recordings of Soungalo. Nice, Didn't hear this album before. Nice to hear Soungalo with out the instrumentation on the rest of his albums. Rest of the tunes are here, N'gri, Menjani, Sunu, Sabar, Suku etc.

these are all off the 1988 cassette entitled Naya!

classic stuff. simple arrangements of the classic malian repertoire w/ a young mariama diakite on vocals too!
