nice.

i love all the older wasulu kono cassettes from the 80/90. early oumou, ramamta diakite, nahawa doumbia, kagbe sidibe etc....

also neba solo, habib koite, amadou/mariam of course.

something you can find on spotify...filifin diakite - kamele n'goni with acoustic guitar. amazing stuff. also n'gou bagayoko....wasulu acoustic guitar.

Do you know which of Oumous albums has Ibrahima Sarr playing on them. Heard some boot leg in Gambia back in the day and was sweet.

he plays on Ko Sira for sure. maybe Worotan too. credits list someone else, but Sarr's sound/style are ummistakeable.

i have some live Oumou shows with Sarr playing. one show also has soungalo come out for a bit.
