to embed the video, put the url address between the (video) things that appear when you press the video embed option, on the bar above when you're writing the post, and then you have to delete "http://" from the url.

To embed a video for a URL, such as this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNkgzxyjRec&sns, you write:

[video]www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNkgzxyjRec&sns[/video]

Note that you must delete the "http://" prefix.
