Who is this guy? I've never heard of him.

I don't quite know his biography. I believe he's living in Sweden, or Norway, I can't remember.

One comment I've heard about him is precisely that he's good soloing for dance.
In this thread, I think it's him.

He's also in one or some of the clips from Michael Pluznick on Ytube, shot in Conakry during a presentation. I believe (I read about it somewhere in the forum) that there's a dvd from Michel P, probably from that presentation, where you can see Jacques having some disrespectful attitudes towards M'Bemba Bangoura, who was there in one of his anual returns to Conakry.

i have the same footage. there's a part of the festivities where all the 'fola's who live abroad all come together and play...i think this particular year included jaques, mbemba, fode lavia, alhassane camara, sory kouyate, n'tanga and one of the dununfolas from petit sorciers.
