Nice clips. The troupe's called Candela Viva.
And after all, it's
Afro-Colombian drumming there... But I think it's important to be careful about nomenclature and comparisons. I don't know enough about Afro-Colombian percussion to be able to comment, but have read some stuff in the past... and am aware that there is some crossover in terms of the record trade (i.e., African recordings making it to Colombia and sparking new developments in Colombian music).
There's a very good blog on the topic - in Spanish, though. (Don't have the URL handy right now, either.)
See this, though (or rather, listen!) -

As far as the similarities might be concerned, well... check Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Brazil etc. etc. etc. There are
lots of drums in all of those places - especially drums used in religious rituals - that come from various parts of West and Central Africa... though afaik, none from the djembe regions. (More along the lines of parts of Congo, Angola, Nigeria, Benin etc.)
