Thanks mate, very kind of you to think of me.

I had a great birthday... my wife threw me a surprise party ... great food, great friends, and we even played some drums. It's bittersweet though, since one of my best friends and drumming buddies is moving away this week. On the bright side, an old friend an drumming buddy actually moved back to town after living in New York for about 15 years.

In other good news, we are buying our tickets for Mali today...
