Google plus 1 and facebook likes

It's easy to miss these at the bottom of the page in the forum, but I added them recently. They are also on various pages across the site.

They are a way of sharing content that you think is valuable. They are being used in many ways by search engines as a measure of quality too, so if you think something is useful, informative etc, and it's the kind of thing you would like to find when searching on a search engine, it's be great if you could +1 it or "like" it
