PS: I can warmly recommend random.org. Guaranteed to be non-reproducible and to eliminate any bias. Of course, it doesn't help with outright fraud...

I was thinking about doing an open skype video conference call and pulling it out of the hat... i'll look at random .org though as my ideas aren't always practical
