If it's any consolation, two years from now, I'll be sitting here with my M-10 and eyeballing the latest gadget that does twice as much for half the price. It is never the right time to buy electronics...

I hear you!

Though I have to admit, the computer that I am using now is over 6 years old. It has only been the last couple of months that I have reached the point where it doesn't quite do everything that I need. This was one of the best purchases I ever made, as far as electronics go...

Ahh... for an unlimited budget!

Yes, would be fun. You could buy a fully optioned-up Mac Pro for $14,000 :)

Cheers,

Michi.

Forget that, I'm thinking fully customized job, with proprietary software/hardware packages, custom built computer desk, 5 panel flat screen setup...

Check out:
Keyboard:http://www.datamancer.net/keyboards/ergo1/ergo1.htm
Take that design style, and apply it to this setup...

Desk: http://www.willudesign.com/TheDeskTop.html

Ok, really need to stop now... while my wife will still talk to me.

Carl, you've just officially out-nerded me.

My congratulations: there are not many people who manage to do that! :)

Cheers,

Michi.

Years of practice and dreaming. When you can't afford new stuff, it is easy to let off steam by researching things that no on in their right mind should afford.

It is fun dreaming though. (just gave me and idea for a new thread....)
