I inherited a broken irish harp last year which i plan to strip for parts and try this... Does anyone have any idea if the distance between the machine head and the switch effects the degree to which the note is changed?.. I have made several kamele ngonis and would love to have a shot at this..

It really expands the possibilities of the ngoni..
