macru and sungrunu bani?

does anybody know why these rythhyms are played? i recently foudn the tabs for them on this site and figured id try them out. These are the first traditional rythhyms ive tried, i just taught myself by looking at the tabs so im not totally sure if im doing it right but it sounds good and i had a blast teaching myself. It was almost like rubbing my belly and patting my head at the same time, i knew what i wanted my hands to do, but they werent cooperating. then after trying over and over again i said screw it, threw the paper on the floor closed my eyes and started hitting my drum , and all of a sudden a rythhym was there! i was grinning from ear to ear lol.

anyway, what do these rythyms mean, and is ther somehere i can see a video of somebody playing a specific part for comparison?
