hi,
does anyone know this rhythm?
I learned it today at a class. Supposedly it's a malinke rhythm played for the hunters before they part. Maybe it has another name... I don't know the source of this, but I'm going to try to update it (it was taught at the end of the class and there wasn't much time to talk about it)
I don't know how to post notation (maybe some can teach me how, or point me a thread where that has already been explained - I couldn't find it),
so I don't know if this improvised notation will be legible for anyone

I don't know what this is, but it's a very nice rhythm, the djembe accompaniments are very powerfull and present, and the dunumba keeps it all very "on going".
