Hi Gabe,
Fara Tolno has Aconcon on his rhythm reference project (audio files) and Thione Diop has Aconcon on his DVD "Djembe and Dunun Rhythms of Senegal". Both of these are resources have clear recordings (and/or video) and would be easy to learn both djembe and dunun parts.
