West African Drumming in Christchurch NZ

I'm looking to meet anyone who wants play West African rhythms in Christchurch, NZ.

We have a growing scene here and I want to continue expanding African drum and dance here.

We had Bangourake come through and teach a couple months ago and that was way happening. We really enjoyed his positve vibes and excellent djembefola skills.

Also, we would love to support a weekly West African dance class. So if you know someone who wants to move here and teach regular African dance classes, let me know.

Right now we have Ra come up from Oamaru, 3 hours to the south, and that is awesome. She can only make the trip once in awhile so regular classes would be sweet.
