Check out the KSK Records site. They say that they are going to wrap up shooting in Mali this month and submit the finished documentary to film festivals starting in August 2011. Presumably, a DVD version will be made available some time after that.

Now i'm home and was able to see the whole trailer. Now I understand I saw so many of those t-shirts. Was there with Sidiki Camara and the National Ballet....
By the way the Diplomat was lousy. Drunken toubabs singing La Bamba and Elvis Presley.

It looks like they're making progress on the pledges, but they need $4k more to get the funding. Check it out and do what you can.
