I was actually looking for purely political articles on decentralisation of power, but this is a great perspective..

All the old Donso i've met seem so uncorruptable, I have a friend who has been working and studying ngoni for 12 years in Burkina and its only in the last year they have agreed to teach him donso music.. I love the account of the Ivorien military running away from the donso..
