Hi
I have been a drummer of some kind or other since 1994. I play kit, djembe, I drum in a pipe band and I do show drumming. I have been playing djembe since about 1996. I do not really do that many performances on djembe but I play whenever the opportunity presents itself. I have found that djembe and bagpipes work extremely well together so at concerts with the band its normally quite a hit.
I am hoping to gain experience from this forum and maybe have the odd jam session with drummers in the area.

every think of going to w africa to train a bit of djembe there. Are there Many good djembe teachers in S africa.
