Help With Drumskulls

As a long-time and very happy customer of Drumskull, I can attest to the fact that Ryan and his crew go out of their way to do the right thing when things don't go as expected. Ryan, as I said in another post: "You guys rock!"

I have not had any experience with them as a retail customer, but I can tell you that Drumskulls is the only company that Mamady trusted to re-head one of his 4 personal djembes. We also appreciate them as they are one of only two companies in the US that sell a record amount of MK merchandise every year.

I have ordered 5 times from Drumskulls. The four first time there was no problem. Last order were some incorrect info about the skin if they had them or not. They wanted me to pay so they said that they had the skin inhouse, after paying the said some days later that the skin would be shipped in some weeks...Not really a big issue.
If i should be an little bit fussy about the skin I ordered (medium and medium thick) so in my opinon they were an little bit thin. Beside to this there is no standard for diffrent thickness of skin so it can differ.

Summary: Drumskulls are very helpful in contact by mail and phone, I recommend them and i will of course buy from them in the future aswell...
