i'm sad to hear that nothing has changed nearly 5 months after you started this thread. i'm not sure what happened in this particular case, whether the company really had organised insurance, or even if they could provide evidence that the goods were actually on the ship. websites are removed when the client doesn't pay their host, so it could be a coincidence that their website is down. your best bet is to ring them and if you have an address, get someone in dakar that you know to pay them a visit and drink some bissap with them while they sus out the situation. there's an english guy called nick on this forum who is located in dakar, maybe he can help. also, try
