An error when trying to access the forum

Hi djembefolas, I have seen an error on occassion when trying to access the forum.
Something along the lines of - "too many connections (1040)"
Can you please let me know if you have seen it and let me know how recently.
I am particularly interested if you see it regularly or lately.
I ask because, the solution for this error is to upgrade the hosting (again).
