Haggling at the markets in Freetown

these two women are selling gara (died cloth). they both speak english very well, but to talk their price down one has to speak krio (lingua franca of sierra leone) and play it cool.

Thanks for that. I love haggling in markets. It makes shopping so much fun.

Always reminds me of 'Life of Brian'.

I did try haggling at a customer service desk in a large supermarket once - they weren't having any of it though. :D
